Click Call Pickup from the Services menu page.

2) Click Add to add
a Call Pickup Group. The Call Pickup Add page displays
above.
3) Enter the name of the group that
is being provisioned for this service.
4) In the Available Users
column, select the user or users assigned to this pickup group.
Users can only be assigned to one call pickup group.
5) Click Add to assign
the selected user to the pickup group. Click Add All
to assign all users to this call pickup group.
6) Click OK. |
