| 1) Click
Voice Messaging on the Services menu page.
2) Select the Mail Server for
Group Members.
3) For the Default Group Mail
Server Settings, specify the following options:
Mail Server ID enter the IP address or name of the server
to be used for voice mail in this group. Mail Server Protocol
select the type of mail server from the drop-down list. Group
Default Full Mailbox Limit set the length for total messages
that can be left in each user's mailbox. Group Default Message
Aging turn on to allow for the deletion of saved messages
stored on the server. Group Default Hold Period
select the number of days saved messages will be stored before deletion.
4) Click OK or
Apply.
