Clear the cache* on your browser (clear Temporary Internet files) Reboot your PC and modem.
Cannot send/retrieve email From your desktop, double-click the Outlook Express icon. Click on tools and then click on Accounts. Click ADD and then click Mail. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Computer does not turn on
Verify that all power cables are connected properly
Verify that electrical power is provided to the outlet where the computer is connected
If theses suggestions fail, call your computer manufacturer or retail store customer service Help Desk.
Computer locked down Review which applications are causing the lock down by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE. Close all applications that are Not Responding. Turn off computer and re-boot.
Cannot complete boot properly Operating system not available
Re-boot your computer to verify if the problems persist
If this suggestion fails, call your manufacturer/retail store customer service Help Desk.
To Clear your cache: 1. Open Windows Internet Explorer, select Tools and then Internet Options 2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click on Delete Files to empty contents and clear your cache. This maintenance should be performed on a regular basis to keep your browser from slowing down.
